A coordinator does not see name and email of patients outside their perimeter.

- `metric` string, required: The card or cell, e.g. opened, free_call_booked, at_risk_now, free.after_used.free_call_booked, converted_exercise.<content id>.

- `to_date` string, date, required
- `cohort` 'existing' | 'new', nullable
- `patient_status` string, nullable
- `days` integer
- `live` boolean: kind=impact: the window includes today, as the impact with live.
