# List Forms

`GET /v2/forms`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://pub-api.conversion.ai/api`
- URL: `https://pub-api.conversion.ai/api/v2/forms`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - API key in query parameter `api_key`

List tracked, published Conversion-native forms with basic metadata. External forms (custom HTML) and ad lead-gen forms (LinkedIn, Meta) are excluded, as are untracked, archived, and never-published forms.

Results are paginated with an opaque cursor returned as `pagination.nextCursor`. Pass it back as the `cursor` query parameter to fetch the next page. A `null` cursor means there are no more results.

## Response `200`

Forms retrieved successfully.

  - `data` object
    - `forms` object[], required: The current page of forms.
      - `id` string, uuid, required: The Conversion form id. Use it as the `formId` path parameter of `GET /v2/forms/{formId}`.
      - `name` string, required: The form's display name.
      - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: When the form was created.
      - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: When the form was last updated.
      - `submissionCount` integer, required: The total number of submissions received by the form.
      - `lastSubmittedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the form last received a submission, or `null` if it has never been submitted.
  - `pagination` object
    - `nextCursor` string, nullable, required: Opaque cursor for the next page, or `null` when there are no more results. This is the single source of truth for whether more results exist.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed or contained invalid data.
- `401`: Authentication failed.
- `500`: An unexpected server error occurred.
