# Let this one endpoint receive one class of field values

`PUT /api/hook-endpoints/{id}/content-grant`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:38200`
- URL: `http://localhost:38200/api/hook-endpoints/{id}/content-grant`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `token`

`text` sends name, description and content; `attributes` sends properties and non-reserved metadata values. Without a grant an item carries ids, type, tags, metadata keys and field sizes only. A grant is void while the tenant has `external_llm_disabled` on, and any lookup error sends no content.

## Request body

- object
  - `dataClass` 'text' | 'attributes', required

## Response `200`

Grant stored.

- object
  - `id` integer
  - `contentGrant` 'text' | 'attributes'

## Other responses

- `400`: Request body/query failed Zod validation.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `403`: Admin or owner role (or an API key with admin scope) required, or the plan lacks the webhooks feature.
- `404`: Resource not found (or not visible to the caller).
