# Start an agent session

`POST /api/agent/sessions`

Created session.

- AgentSession: The `agent_sessions` row (src/db/schema.ts), as returned by boot/session endpoints.

  - `role` string, nullable: Inferred at boot from the matched goal node's owner_role.
