`POST /api/agent/intentions/{id}/cancel`

Cancelled intention.

- AgentProspectiveIntention: T374 - a future-triggered "remember to remember" (`prospective_intentions` row).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
- `404`: Not found, or not cancellable (must be active).
