# Read this run's findings, newest first (T880)

`GET /api/agent/findings`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:38200`
- URL: `http://localhost:38200/api/agent/findings`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `token`

An EXACT metadata read, never a search — indexing and embedding are fire-and-forget on create, so a search-backed read would miss exactly the recent writes this channel exists to deliver. Pass your own session id as `exclude_session_id` to see what siblings found rather than an echo of your own writes.

## Query parameters

- `run_id` string, required
- `exclude_session_id` integer
- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

Findings for the run, newest first.

- object
  - `run_id` string
  - `run_known` boolean: Whether the orchestrator actually opened this run. An empty `findings` means two opposite things: with true, nobody has found anything yet; with false, the caller holds a run id nobody else shares and its own findings reach no one.
  - `findings` object[]
    - `contextId` integer
    - `runId` string
    - `sessionId` integer, nullable
    - `title` string
    - `body` string
    - `createdAt` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `400`: run_id is required.
- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials.
