# MCP JSON-RPC proxy

`POST /mcp`

## Request

- Base URL: `/api/plugins/consensys-asko11y-app/resources` (relative, and the document was published on a file host, not at the API’s origin)
- URL: `/api/plugins/consensys-asko11y-app/resources/mcp`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in cookie `grafana_session`
  - HTTP bearer

Raw MCP protocol JSON-RPC 2.0 proxy endpoint. Forwards requests to configured MCP servers. This is a low-level endpoint; most users should use `/api/mcp/tools` and `/api/mcp/call-tool` instead.

- MCPRequest: MCP JSON-RPC 2.0 request
  - `jsonrpc` '2.0', required
  - `id` string, nullable: Request ID (string or integer, nullable for notifications)
  - `method` string, required: MCP method name (e.g., 'tools/list', 'tools/call')
  - `params` object: Method-specific parameters

  - `jsonrpc` '2.0', required
  - `id` string, nullable, required: Request ID matching the original request
  - `result` unknown
  - `error` object: Error object (mutually exclusive with result)

- `400`: Bad request (invalid parameters or malformed request body)
- `500`: Internal server error
