# Claim the one-time incident discount if explicitly enabled

`POST /v1/support/tickets/{ticketId}/discount`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://agent.connskill.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

- Auth: API key in header `Sign-In-With-X`

Issuing an entitlement does not redeem it, transfer money, close the delivery claim or promise a refund. Discounts remain disabled until an explicit operator policy and checkout integration are active.

- `503`: Support storage or signature verifier unavailable; no access was granted
