# Delete selected runs

`POST /v1/projects/{project_id}/runs/bulk-delete`

## Request

Deletes the content of the selected runs in one environment, as `DELETE /runs/{run_id}` does. Already-deleted runs are skipped. Every selected run must belong to this environment (404 otherwise); if any selected run or its background processing is unfinished, returns 409 without deleting any runs. This cannot be undone.

Required permission: `runs.delete`.

- `project_id` string, uuid, required

## Query parameters

- `environment_id` string, uuid, required: Environment the selected runs belong to.

## Request body

- BulkDeleteRunDataBody: Runs to delete.
  - `run_ids` string[], required: IDs of the runs to delete; all must belong to `environment_id`.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- PublicRunDataDeleteResponse
  - `ok` boolean, required: Whether the operation succeeded.
  - `deleted_count` integer, required: Number of runs deleted. Runs that were already deleted are not counted.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: The API key lacks the required permission or access to the environment.
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
