`POST /api/cp/status-component`

Create a new Status Component record.

## Request body

- StatusComponentInput
  - `id` integer — Id
  - `account_id` integer — Account Id (references account.id)
  - `title` string — Title
  - `card_id` string — Card Id
  - `description` string — Description
  - `status` 'operational' | 'performance-issues' | 'partial-outage' | 'major-outage', required — Status

  - `id` union — The ID of the newly created record

- `400` — Bad Request - Invalid parameters or request body
