`POST /api/cp/sip-device-line`

Create a new Sip Device Line record.

  - `line_idx` integer, required — Line Idx
  - `display_name` string — Display Name
  - `cli` string — Cli
  - `host` string — Host

  - `stun_server` string — Stun Server
  - `proxy` string — Proxy
  - `vars` string — Vars
