`POST /api/cp/setup/var`

Create a new Setup Vars record.

## Request body

- SetupVarsInput
  - `id` string — Id
  - `account_id` integer — Account Id
  - `app_id` string, required — App Id (references app.id)
  - `key` string — Key
  - `value` string — Value
  - `key_name` string — Key Name
  - `last_update` string, date-time, nullable — Last Update
  - `flags` string[] — Flags

  - `id` union — The ID of the newly created record
