`GET /api/cp/setup/repo`

Retrieve a paginated list of Setup Repo records. Supports filtering, sorting, and search.

  - `project_id` string — Project Id (references project.id)
  - `version` string — Version
  - `approved` integer — Approved
  - `published_date` string, date-time — Published Date

- `401` — Authentication information is missing or invalid
- `403` — Access denied - insufficient permissions or dependency access failure
