`POST /api/cp/dev/project`

Create a new Project record.

## Request body

  - `account_id` integer — Account Id
  - `name` string, required — Name
  - `description` string — Description
  - `icon` string — Icon
  - `approved` integer — Approved
  - `anvil_mcp_api_key` string — Anvil Mcp Api Key
