# Unassign user from working hours policy

`DELETE /company-policies/v1/working-hours-policies/{workingHoursPolicyId}/assignments/{userId}`

## Request

Remove a user's assignment to this working hours policy. Custom working hours are kept

## Path parameters

- `workingHoursPolicyId` integer, required: The unique identifier of the working hours policy
- `userId` integer, required: The unique identifier of the user
