`GET /v3/payouts`

Returns list of merchant's Payouts filtered by specific parameters.

## Query parameters

- `status` 'draft' | 'prepared' | 'pending_verification' | 'confirmed' | 'canceled' | 'expired' | 'sending' | 'done'
- `createdAtFrom` integer
- `createdAtTo` integer
- `currencyFrom` 'BTC' | 'CZK' | 'EUR' | 'USD' | 'USDC' | 'USDT': Balance of this asset is affected by the payout.
- `currencyTo` 'BTC' | 'LTC'
- `paymentMethodId` string
- `searchString` string
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

Returns list of merchant's Payouts filtered by specific parameters.
