`PATCH /events/{event_id}/speakers/bulk-card`

One call for the bulk wall actions (approve/promo-approve/publish/
unpublish/unapprove) — replaces the N× per-speaker PATCH loops.

Publishing (embedEnabled=true) only lands on card-approved rows; the rest
come back in `skipped` (approve-before-publish, mirroring the attendee
wall's rule). Declared before PATCH /speakers/{speaker_id} so "bulk-card"
isn't captured as a speaker id.

- BulkCardFlagsUpdate: One batched card-flag update for many speakers/sponsors — replaces the N× PATCH /{id} loops the bulk approve/publish walls used. Only provided flags are written; None = leave untouched.
