`GET /c/{event_id}/{token}/meta`

Public, no-auth: resolve a short share token and return the attendee's
name + email + the event name + the share caption, PLUS the card render
inputs (template with promo fallback + mapping + attendee answers) so the
/card/:token page renders the card client-side. The token IS the
capability — unchanged from the old server-rendered /c/{token} card.
