`GET /account/attendee-appearances`

## Request

List the caller's TitoAttendee profiles + their events (attendee dashboard).

Lazily links the user to their TitoAttendee rows by email on first call so an
attendee who just logged in via Firebase email-link is recognised + granted
event:read without any sync-time user creation.
