Delete a service account

## Request body

- GatewayServiceAccountId
  - `vCluster` string: The name of the virtual cluster the service account belongs to. If not provided, the service account will be created in the default `passthrough` virtual cluster.
  - `name` string, required: The name of the service account (identifier)

## Response `204`

## Other responses

- `400`: Service accounts are not supported: requires a SASL listener, mTLS, or Kafka managed security mode.
- `401`: The given credentials are not valid
- `404`: The service account ... does not exist.
- `409`: The service account is still used by groups
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred in the server
