List the concentrated topics of a virtual cluster.

## Query parameters

- `vcluster` string
- `name` string
- `showDefaults` boolean

## Response `200`

- ConcentratedTopic[]
  - `kind` string, required: The kind of the concentrated topic
  - `apiVersion` string, required: The api version of the concentrated topic
  - `metadata` ConcentratedTopicMetadata, required: The metadata of the concentrated topic
    - `name` string, required: The name of the concentrated topic
    - `vCluster` string: The virtual cluster of the concentrated topic. If not provided, defaulted to passthrough virtual cluster.
  - `spec` ConcentratedTopicSpec, required: The specification of the concentrated topic
    - `physicalName` string, required: The physical name of the concentrated topic

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not valid
- `401`: The given credentials are not valid
- `404`: The given virtual cluster does not exist
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred in the server
