Delete an alias topic in a virtual cluster

## Request body

- AliasTopicId
  - `name` string, required: The name of the alias topic
  - `vCluster` string: The virtual cluster of the alias topic (default: `passthrough`)

## Response `204`

## Other responses

- `400`: The request is not valid
- `401`: The given credentials are not valid
- `404`: The given alias topic does not exist
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred in the server
