`GET /api/v1/reporting/reports/{id}/program`

## Request

GetProgram returns the report's current durable source without attaching it
 to the notification-driven report response. Scoped like Get: any caller who
 may reach this service.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: The id field.

## Query parameters

- `program_id` string: The programId field.

## Response `200`
