# Revoke

`POST /api/v1/iam/external_oauth_clients/revoke`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://example.conductor.one`
- URL: `https://example.conductor.one/api/v1/iam/external_oauth_clients/revoke`
- Auth: HTTP bearer and OAuth 2
  - Client credentials
  - Token URL: `/auth/v1/token`

Revoke disables a static client, then revokes its users' grants. The row is
 kept for audit.

## Request body

- C1ApiIamV1ExternalOAuthClientServiceRevokeRequest: The ExternalOAuthClientServiceRevokeRequest message.
  - `clientId` string: The clientId field.

## Response `200`

Successful response

- C1ApiIamV1ExternalOAuthClientServiceRevokeResponse: The ExternalOAuthClientServiceRevokeResponse message.
  - `complete` boolean: False when grants remain to retire. The client is already revoked; call Revoke again to finish the sweep.
