# Resolve

`POST /api/v1/golinks/resolve`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://example.conductor.one`
- URL: `https://example.conductor.one/api/v1/golinks/resolve`
- Auth: HTTP bearer and OAuth 2
  - Client credentials
  - Token URL: `/auth/v1/token`

Resolve a path to a GoLink target.
 Returns the resolution outcome (redirect URL, action, chooser, prerequisite, etc.)

## Request body

- C1ApiGolinkV1GoLinkServiceResolveRequest: The GoLinkServiceResolveRequest message.
  - `path` string: The path to resolve, e.g. "jira/PROJ-123", "aws/console", "j"

Successful response

- C1ApiGolinkV1GoLinkServiceResolveResponse: The GoLinkServiceResolveResponse message.
  - `actionId` string: Set when outcome is ACTION. The action ID to trigger.
  - `chooserOptions` C1ApiGolinkV1GoLinkChooserOption[], nullable: Set when outcome is CHOOSER. The chooser options to present to the user.
    - `description` string: The description field.
    - `label` string: The label field.
    - `target` C1ApiGolinkV1GoLinkTarget: The GoLinkTarget message. This message contains a oneof named target. Only a single field of the following list may be set at a time: - redirect - action - chooser

    - `currentVersion` integer: The currentVersion field.
