`GET /api/v1/funds/subject-app-limits/{user_id}/{app_id}`

## Request

Get returns one subject's limit row for one app, together with any
 suspension acting as their pause. A subject with no row for this app is
 not found, meaning nothing bounds the app beyond the layers above.

## Path parameters

- `user_id` string, required: The userId field.
- `app_id` string, required: The appId field.

- C1ApiFundsV1SubjectAppLimitServiceGetResponse: The SubjectAppLimitServiceGetResponse message.
  - `limit` C1ApiFundsV1SubjectAppLimit: SubjectAppLimit is one subject's per-app limit row as the admin plane renders it. The subject is named explicitly, unlike MyFundLimit, which is always the caller's.
    - `appId` string: The C1 App this limit applies to.
    - `controls` C1ApiFundsV1SpendControls: SpendControls retains coexisting base, extension and suspension state.
      - `extension` C1ApiFundsV1SpendExtension: SpendExtension replaces the base total temporarily; it is not additive credit.
        - `expiresAt` string, date-time, nullable
        - `limit` C1ApiFundsV1SpendLimit: SpendLimit distinguishes an amount, unlimited tracking and blocked supply. This message contains a oneof named kind. Only a single field of the following list may be set at a time: - unlimited - amount - blocked
          - `amount` C1ApiFundsV1SpendLimitAmount: The SpendLimitAmount message.
