# Create Feedback

`POST /api/v1/feedback`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://example.conductor.one`

Create feedback with client diagnostics, Datadog correlation context, and
 up to five WebP screenshots. Gated by the feedback feature flag; the
 submitter's identity is taken from the session, not the request.

## Request body

- C1ApiFeedbackV1CreateFeedbackRequest: The CreateFeedbackRequest message.
  - `clientContext` C1ApiFeedbackV1CreateFeedbackRequestClientContext: The ClientContext message.
    - `agentConversationId` string: The agentConversationId field.

    - `route` string: Parameterized route the shot was taken on — never a raw URL. Optional.

Successful response

- C1ApiFeedbackV1CreateFeedbackResponse: The CreateFeedbackResponse message.
  - `id` string: The stored feedback ID.
  - `ticketUrl` string: URL of the task created for this feedback. Empty while task delivery is unavailable or has not succeeded.
