# Delete

`DELETE /api/v1/artifacts/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://example.conductor.one`

Delete deletes an Artifact for a current Owner, preventing ordinary access
 to its catalog entry and published versions.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Identifier of the Artifact to delete; the caller must be a current Owner.

## Request body

- C1ApiArtifactV1ArtifactServiceDeleteRequestInput: ArtifactServiceDeleteRequest identifies an Artifact to delete.

## Response `200`

ArtifactServiceDeleteResponse confirms deletion without returning metadata.
