Bulk corpus dump (white-card build, 2026-09-08): nightly metadata JSONL
for crawlers — one fetch instead of a 50k-page crawl.

The file lives on R2 (GB-scale — never in the container image); this route
302s to it. Dormant until the first dump publishes: without
CONCEPTIO_BULK_DUMP_URL the route 404s honestly (the static soft-404 guard
covers it either way). Out of sitemap-static.xml since 2026-10-12
(SITEMAP_STATIC_URLS): a sitemap lists canonicals, and this route is a
redirect to a machine bulk read — llms.txt is that read's channel.
