Authorize an authenticated Git request for a physical repository, isolated import, or swarm runner. Ordinary repository grants require current Git authority and gateway backend fencing version 1. Anonymous/public-source, COM mirror, Home-view and component credentials are not supported. With server rollout enabled, a retained immutable import read may negotiate read-grant protocol 1 and receive a bounded reusable decision whose deadline never exceeds token expiry. Ordinary repository grants and import transfer capabilities do not receive a reusable deadline.
