# List the organization's third-party signal sources (roadmap 138)

`GET /api/v1/organizations/{organization_id}/signal_integrations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://composal.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://composal.com/api/v1/organizations/{organization_id}/signal_integrations`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Every configured Sentry/PlanetScale connection with its ingest health. Secret VALUES are never returned — only whether one is stored. `{organization_id}` is the organization's public id (`org_…`) or its slug.
