# Leave an operator note for the orchestrator or one task

`POST /api/v1/agent/swarms/{swarm_id}/notes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://composal.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Operator steering. The note is recorded as an `operator_note` swarm event (in the feed and the replay), reaches the planner in its next plan or re-plan input, and reaches a running task on its next heartbeat, which steers the turn with it.
