`DELETE /v1/webhooks/{webhook_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.companydata.dk` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.companydata.dk/v1/webhooks/{webhook_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently delete a webhook. Delivery stops immediately and any pending
retries are dropped. Any watch-list entries that targeted this webhook
are removed too — there's no point in keeping routing rules pointing at
a vanished URL.
