`GET /v1/watch-list/cvr/{cvr}`

Hot-path check used by the company-page "Følg" button.

The company page probes this for every logged-in visitor. Until
2026-09-24 it sat behind the Pro gate, so every Basic page view recorded
a "notifications" paywall hit and fed the nudge mails: the hit counts
measured page views, not follow attempts. Any tier that may hold
watchers reads its own state here, and no hit is recorded.

Returns `{watching: bool, watcher: Watcher | null}`. `watcher` is the
single-CVR Watcher targeting this CVR (if any), or null. Multi-CVR
Watchers (e.g. an API-managed bulk filter) count toward `watching=true`
but `watcher` will still be null in that case — the per-company
edit/delete UI only operates on per-CVR Watchers.
