`DELETE /v1/watch-list/bulk/from-list/{list_id}`

## Request

Unsubscribe from every CVR in a saved list. Only deletes single-CVR
Watchers — multi-CVR Watchers (e.g. an API-managed bulk filter) and
rule/connection-based Watchers are left untouched.
