# /properties/lookup

`GET /v1/properties/lookup`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.companydata.dk` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Find the BFE number(s) of a property from an address, a DAWA id, a
cadastral number or a coordinate. Give exactly one of: `address`,
`adresse_id`, `adgangsadresse_id`, `ejerlavkode` + `matrikelnr`, or
`lat` + `lon`.

Each result says how it relates to the input: `parcel` is the property
the land belongs to, `unit` an ejerlejlighed at the address. A building
of flats returns its parcel first, then the flats. Fetch the details with
`/v1/properties/{bfe_number}`.

## Query parameters

- `address` string, nullable: Free-text address, e.g. 'Clemensgade 8, 2. th, 6000 Kolding'. With floor or door it resolves the flat, without them the building and its flats.
- `adresse_id` string, nullable: DAR/DAWA adresse id (a unit address)
- `adgangsadresse_id` string, nullable: DAR husnummer / DAWA adgangsadresse id
- `ejerlavkode` string, nullable: Ejerlav code, together with matrikelnr
- `matrikelnr` string, nullable: Matrikelnummer, together with ejerlavkode
- `lat` number, nullable: Latitude (WGS84), together with lon
- `lon` number, nullable: Longitude (WGS84), together with lat

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- PropertyLookupResponse: Properties matching an address, DAWA id, cadastral number or coordinate.
  - `match` object, nullable: What the input resolved to: type (adresse, adgangsadresse, matrikel, koordinat), id and betegnelse; kategori A/B/C for free-text addresses (A exact, B confident, C uncertain)
  - `properties` PropertyLookupItem[], required
    - `bfe_number` integer, required: BFE number; use it with /v1/properties/{bfe_number}
    - `type` string, nullable: samlet_fast_ejendom, ejerlejlighed or bygning_paa_fremmed_grund
    - `type_code` string, nullable: BBR ejendomstype code (1, 2 or 3)
    - `relation` string, required: parcel: the property the land belongs to; unit: an ejerlejlighed at the address
    - `ejerlejlighedsnummer` integer, nullable
    - `address` string, nullable: The unit address for ejerlejligheder, else the property's address
    - `adresse_id` string, nullable: DAR/DAWA adresse id of the unit (unit relations only)
    - `matrikler` PropertyLookupMatrikel[]
      - `ejerlavkode` string, nullable: Ejerlav code
      - `matrikelnummer` string, nullable
    - `details_available` boolean, required: Whether /v1/properties/{bfe_number} has data for this BFE
    - `withheld` boolean: True when the property's details are withheld after a granted objection
  - `count` integer, required
