`GET /v1/legal-notices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.companydata.dk` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.companydata.dk/v1/legal-notices`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Statstidende notices about companies: bankruptcy decrees, creditor
meetings, reconstruction, forced auctions, liquidation and forced
dissolution, general meetings, capital changes and merger plans.

Every notice carries the rubrik, the companies named, the trustee
(kurator), court and case number where published, whether a decree was
later revoked, and a one-line summary. History goes back to March 2026.

**Browse** with filters and limit/offset: newest publication first, with
a total. **Poll** with `since` once and then `cursor=next_cursor`: every
notice indexed after the cursor, oldest first, exactly once. New notices
arrive each morning after Statstidende publishes.

Sole proprietorships (ENK), personally owned small businesses (PMV) and
partnerships (I/S) are not in the feed, because their debtor is a person.
Per company, use /companies/{cvr}/legal-notices. For push delivery on the
companies you follow, subscribe a webhook to financial_distress and
corporate_announcement.

## Query parameters

- `date_from` string, nullable: Publication date from (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `date_to` string, nullable: Publication date to (YYYY-MM-DD)
- `cvr` string, nullable: Only notices naming this CVR number
- `event_type` string, nullable: financial_distress or corporate_announcement
- `section` string, nullable: Statstidende section, e.g. Konkursboer, Rekonstruktion, Tvangsauktioner
- `rubrik` string[], nullable: Rubrik keys from /legal-notices/rubrikker (repeatable)
- `municipality_code` string, nullable: Company municipality code
- `division` string, nullable: 2-digit industry division
- `cursor` string, nullable: next_cursor from the previous page: returns the notices indexed after it, oldest first
- `since` string, date-time, nullable: Start polling from this time (ISO 8601): notices indexed after it, oldest first
- `include` string, nullable: Set to fields to include the structured fields of each notice
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer: Only when browsing (no cursor or since)

    - `fields` NoticeFieldGroup[], nullable: Structured fields as published (with include=fields; always on the single-notice endpoint). Submitter and billing groups and CPR numbers are left out.
      - `name` string, nullable: Field group as published, e.g. Kurator or Skifteret
