# /industries

`GET /v1/industries`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.companydata.dk` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.companydata.dk/v1/industries`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List industries with company counts.

Returns industries sorted by total count (most common first).
Use locale=en for English translations.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, nullable: Search filter for industry name
- `code` string, nullable: Filter by exact industry code
- `limit` integer: Max results to return
- `locale` string, nullable: Locale for industry names (da/en)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AppRoutersReferenceIndustryListResponse: Response with list of industries.
  - `data` Industry[], required: List of industries
    - `code` string, required: 6-digit industry code (DB07)
    - `name` string, required: Industry name in selected locale
    - `name_en` string, nullable: English industry name
    - `count` integer, required: Total company count (primary + secondary)
    - `primary_count` integer, nullable: Companies with this as primary industry
    - `secondary_count` integer, nullable: Companies with this as secondary industry
    - `active_count` integer, nullable: Active companies with this as primary industry; null until computed, 0 for a retired code
    - `division` string, nullable: 2-digit industry category (division) the code belongs to
  - `meta` object, required: Response metadata
