`GET /v1/companies/{cvr}/risk-signals`

Financial reporting conduct facts for a company, derived from its
annual reports: filings after the statutory deadline (ÅRL § 138),
an overdue current filing, missing fiscal years, auditor changes, and
the auditor's own latest opinion (qualified opinion, going concern).

Facts only, no score. Signals consider the 5 most recent annual
reports and are recomputed nightly. `available` is false for companies
without financial statements (including sole proprietorships with no
filing duty).
