Get the corporate group (koncern) graph around a company.

Nodes are companies and person owners; edges point from owner to owned
with ownership/voting percentages. Traverses the ownership chain up to
3 levels in both directions (owners and subsidiaries).

`truncated` is `true` whenever the returned graph is incomplete for any
reason: the depth limit (3 levels each way) cut off further owners or
subsidiaries, a single node had more than 25 owners/subsidiaries, or the
graph hit the 120-node cap. `truncated: false` means the full ownership
structure is included.
