# Create Subscription Checkout

`POST /v1/claims/my-companies/{cvr}/subscription/checkout`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.companydata.dk` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.companydata.dk/v1/claims/my-companies/{cvr}/subscription/checkout`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Create a Stripe checkout session for upgrading the claim subscription.

Only the owner can upgrade the subscription.

One paid plan (indicative; source of truth is the active claim_price_sets / Stripe):
- business_plus (Premium): 599 DKK/month or 5,990 DKK/year, VAT included

The former Business tier is kept in the model for existing records but
is no longer sold.

- `cvr` string, required

## Request body

- CreateCheckoutRequest: Request to create a checkout session.
  - `tier` 'free' | 'business' | 'business_plus', required: Subscription tier for claimed profiles.
  - `billing_interval` string
  - `success_url` string, nullable
  - `cancel_url` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CheckoutResponse: Response with checkout URL.
  - `checkout_url` string, required

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
