`POST /billing/branche-report/checkout`

Create a Stripe checkout session for a one-off industry report purchase.
Every tier buys per report; Pro/Team pay the member price.

## Request body

- BrancheReportCheckoutRequest: Request to create a one-off industry report checkout session.
  - `ga_client_id` string, nullable: GA4 client id from the _ga cookie (analytics attribution)
  - `ga_session_id` string, nullable: GA4 session id from the _ga_<container> cookie (session attribution)
  - `industry_code` string, required: 6-digit NACE industry code the report covers
  - `success_url` string, nullable: Redirect URL on success
  - `cancel_url` string, nullable: Redirect URL on cancel

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- BrancheReportCheckoutResponse: Response with industry report checkout URL.
  - `checkout_url` string, required
