`POST /admin/news/aliases`

Map a news-text term to a CVR ("Google" -> Google Denmark ApS).

Aliased terms match deterministically (confidence 1.0), taking
precedence over the name index, the blocklist and the LLM queue.
Stored articles mentioning the term are re-matched immediately, so
existing coverage (including prior false positives on the term) is
re-attributed in the same call.

  - `cvr` string, required: 8-digit CVR the term refers to
