`POST /tools/get_company_ure`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://compabase.com/api/mcp`

URE energy concessions: electricity, gas, heat, liquid fuels, plus pending applications.
Keyed by NIP. Totals plus the full item list (type, validity, PDF link).

**Example prompts:** “What URE concessions does this company hold?” · “Energy licences for NIP …”

## Request body

- CompanyIdentityArgs: Identify a company with at least one of name, krs, or nip.
  - `name` string: Company name when KRS/NIP is unknown (legal-form suffix optional).
  - `krs` string: KRS registry number (10 digits, zero-padded).
  - `nip` string: NIP tax number (10 digits, dashes optional).

## Response `200`

Wrapper with `registry_number`, `nip`, and `ure` snapshot + items
