`POST /tools/get_company_ted`

## Request

TED EU-threshold public procurement: awards as contractor and notices as buyer.
Keyed by NIP. Totals plus the full award/buyer notice lists.

**Example prompts:** “Any EU tenders for this company?” · “TED awards for NIP …”

## Request body

- CompanyIdentityArgs: Identify a company with at least one of name, krs, or nip.
  - `name` string: Company name when KRS/NIP is unknown (legal-form suffix optional).
  - `krs` string: KRS registry number (10 digits, zero-padded).
  - `nip` string: NIP tax number (10 digits, dashes optional).

## Response `200`

Wrapper with `registry_number`, `nip`, and `ted` snapshot
