`POST /tools/get_company_msig`

## Request

Court and Commercial Gazette (MSiG) notices for one company.
Matched by KRS or NIP (creditor calls, dissolution, mergers, liquidation).

**Example prompts:** “Any MSiG notices for this company?” · “Gazette publications for this KRS.”

## Request body

- CompanyIdentityArgs: Identify a company with at least one of name, krs, or nip.
  - `name` string: Company name when KRS/NIP is unknown (legal-form suffix optional).
  - `krs` string: KRS registry number (10 digits, zero-padded).
  - `nip` string: NIP tax number (10 digits, dashes optional).

## Response `200`

Wrapper with `registry_number`, `nip`, and `msig` notices
