`POST /tools/get_company_bdo`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://compabase.com/api/mcp`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

BDO waste and packaging register: registration number, EUP site count, activity flags,
and headquarters decisions with issue and validity dates. Keyed by NIP.

**Example prompts:** “Is this company in BDO?” · “BDO number for NIP …”

## Request body

- CompanyIdentityArgs: Identify a company with at least one of name, krs, or nip.
  - `name` string: Company name when KRS/NIP is unknown (legal-form suffix optional).
  - `krs` string: KRS registry number (10 digits, zero-padded).
  - `nip` string: NIP tax number (10 digits, dashes optional).

## Response `200`

Wrapper with `registry_number`, `nip`, and `bdo` snapshot + HQ decisions
