# Get a voicemail with its transcription

`GET /voicemails/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.commpeak.com/portal`
- URL: `https://api.commpeak.com/portal/voicemails/{id}`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns one voicemail left on the account's DID numbers by its `id`, including its `transcription`. The transcription is filled in shortly after the voicemail is received and is empty until then. Voicemails of other accounts return 404.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required: Voicemail identifier.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- VoicemailResponse: Envelope returned by `GET /portal/voicemails/{id}`.
  - `voicemail` VoicemailDetail, required
    - `id` integer, required: Voicemail identifier.
    - `did_number` string, nullable: DID number the voicemail was left on.
    - `cli` string, nullable: Caller ID.
    - `received_at` string, nullable: When the voicemail was received (ISO 8601).
    - `sent_to` string[], nullable: Email addresses the voicemail was sent to.
    - `voicemail_playback_id` integer, nullable: Playback played before recording.
    - `transcription` string, nullable: Transcription of the voicemail (empty until processed).
