# Download voice termination rates as a CSV or XLS file

`GET /rates/{id}/download`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.commpeak.com/portal`
- URL: `https://api.commpeak.com/portal/rates/{id}/download`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Downloads the complete latest call plan of the given tech prefix as a file. The format is selected via the `format` query parameter (`csv` or `xls`, default `csv`). Use `current` as the id to refer to the customer's default tech prefix; returns 404 when the tech prefix is not assigned to the account.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Tech prefix (or "current" for the customer's default prefix).

## Query parameters

- `format` string: File format to download.
