Retrieve all custom object type definitions for the community, including
their associations to other entity types.

  - `data` ApiObjectType[], required
    - `id` string, required: Prefixed object type ID (format `cot_<number>`)
    - `name` string, required: The object type's display name
    - `assocs` ApiObjectTypeAssoc[]: Associations to other entity types
      - `objectAssocType` string, required: The relationship type
      - `targetEntity` string, required: The target entity name (e.g. `Contact`, `Organization`, or a custom object type name)
      - `targetObjectTypeId` string, nullable, required: Prefixed target object type ID (format `cot_<number>`), or null for standard entities

## Other responses

- `403`: Forbidden
- `429`: Rate Limited
